El Cardenal from Palma Street is located in a beautiful French-style building with high ceilings and wide “cantera” (quarried stone) columns, which can be admired thanks to the detailed and professional work performed by architect José Helue Mina.
Daily service is offered in two floors. As you walk in, a beautiful staircase made out of fine mahogany stands out allowing for our guests to immediately access the second floor, where there is an illuminated room surrounded by stain-glass windows that in combination with the columns which frame it, the finishing touches and furniture -made from fine wood- favor a relaxing atmosphere.
The first floor ends in a room that can become independent by closing its stylish doors to offer privacy to a group of guests of no more than 30 people. This space is identified by its tapestry decorations framed in fine wood, which make it more welcoming, as well as for its blue colored stain-glass windows.
The floor above is accessed through an original stone staircase; walking up through it immediately allows you to spot an openness and freshness that is very difficult to find nowadays. It is known as the “Green Room”, dubbed in such a way due to the color that covers its walls. A room used for special events with a capacity to sit up to 80 people.
